Outdoor-Ambition specialise in providing high quality outdoor activities. Based in Darlington in Durham we are surrounded by rivers, hills, trails and coast, allowing us to provide a wide range of exciting adventures.

We have taken our Outdoor company to a new level, rather than running from a centre we provide our adventure activities across the North East and the Lake District bringing the adventures to you.

Accommodation

We have hostels, B&B’s, bunk houses and hotels that we use for our guests, allowing us to meet your group size and budget.

Activities

Whatever you are looking for, we have land based and water based activities for every age and ability, for individuals through to large residential school groups. We tailor make packages for you. Our instructors are second to none and will teach and guide you

For all of these activities we have a full range of options, from a half day activity to a course run over a few days. Bushcraft for example: Join a gentle and informative session or join us for a longer, more ardurous experience. What you learn: Shelter building, fire lighting, traps, preparing your catch to cook.

We run a range of events that anyone can join, we also tailor packages to suit your needs. Get in touch and tell us when and what outdoor adventure you are looking for.

Corporate Adventure – Team building days, reward days, specific training such as leadership skills

Families, friends, couples and individuals – come for a day, come for a stay

Hen and Stag Parties – Make your stag or hen party better than the rest. We can organise the activities, the evening entertainment and great accommodation, join us for a few hours or a long weekend. Let us take care of it all.

School Trips – We can provide residential school trips and days out. Outdoor-Ambition holds the LOtC badge.
