Belchamps outdoor adventure centre is ideally located within an hour of London near Southend-on-Sea set in a 30 acre site. Primarily Belchamps is set up as a Scout centre and also work with schools and welcome the general public for great fun days out.

Belchamps has a great range of adventure activities, ideal for families, children and youth groups. You can enjoy a fun outdoor adventure day out with multiple activities.

Birthday Parties and family days out

A popular and successful birthday party venue. Kids get to enjoy a multi-activity day and we can provide you with food or bring your own picnic. Great for family days out and groups of friends also. The favourite activities are:

Water Zorbs,
High ropes course with wobbly pole, ladders and the leap of faith
Climbing and abseiling (indoor and out)
Assault course
Laser guns
Inflatables - bouncy castle, bungee run, pole joust

Kids Holiday Clubs

Every school holdiay except Christmas we run holiday clubs from 9am - 4pm. Bring your kids to enjoy an action packed fun day for just £12.

Scouts, Guides, Uniformed Youth Organisations

We have 6 indoor accommodation centres sleeping anything from 4 to 56 people and a ready set up campsite. So not only can you join us for a day of fun but you can stay and enjoy a week of adventure.

Schools

We have great learning facilities for schools to bring students. Out activities can be focused towards further outdoor education, such as sensory trails, working as a team through the high ropes course and challenging individuals climbing giving a great sense of achievement when they reach the top and abseil down.

Looking for a fun team building day out of the office? Being so close to the city we are the ideal place to come and enjoy a range of activities. We tailor activities for you, providing management training, improving communication and team building work, skills you can take back to the work force.
