Cooking Holidays and Day Courses in Spain

Our cooking holidays combine a selection of master classes covering different subjects, including fish, meat and seasonal vegetables and fruit. Our cooking courses give you the opportunity to sample local produce and learn to cook classic Spanish dishes that you can recreate when at home. There is plenty of hands on experience as well as tasting and sampling the fine food and wines.

You will visit producers and markets, learn about the countryside and the culture, and will also get to enjoy outings to local festivals and attractions.

We have a number of courses on offer, from half and full day options to weekends and holidays. We welcome individuals and groups of any cooking ability.
