4th Dimension is an outdoor activities specialist with more than 25 years experience and a wide range of activities are available at out Sussex centre. Your safety is of prime concern and our qualified and experienced staff are there to take care of you.

Half day, day and residential courses are run from our base near East Grinstead, situated in 125 acres of grass and woodland which includes a large reservoir and crag

Within easy access from M23 and M25. Our courses are very popular with schools, colleges, parties and corporate groups.

Activities include:

·         16 high rope activities
·         2 Zip wires
·         2 artificial climbing and abseiling walls
·         Low ropes and archery
·         Canoeing, kayaking and katakanus (which are deal for younger children)

Accommodation:

A wide selection is available, from camping for the truly adventurous to indoor accommodation. If preferred we can arrange hotel accommodation for larger and corporate groups.

Corporate Team Building Events are one of our specialities, with over 20
years experience, our know how to plan and design a course to meet your exact requirements.

Adventure Course Offers:

Summer Day Courses for under 16s (school holidays and weekends). Includes a great variety of activities. 8am – 5pm  £38 p.p.

Day Courses for Adults. 6 to 7 hours of activities, includes Tree Track, High Ropes, a water based activity (May – Sept). Normally £80p.p, now 25 % discount at £60p.p.Minimum of 6 required.

Other activities can also be chosen from the range on the website. Minimum group size is 6.

Family groups: 2 adults and 2 children under 16. 6 to 7 hours of activities, includes Tree Track, High Ropes, a water based activity (May – Sept). £80 per adult,2 children go free. Additional children £38 p.p. Minimum of 6. Why not team up with another family or even grandparents!
